Ruby Red Flamingo

Ruby Red Flamingo was opened in 2012 by Vic Ventura, Lauro Siliquini and Enzo Verdino. It has a modern vibe but is very much homestyle Sunday Italian.

The menu is designed around sharing you dishes and enjoying the company you’re with. Fresh pasta is made in house daily and small and large plates of delicious Arrancini, Carpaccio and Pollo ala Griglia are some of their staple dishes. They offer BYO but also have an extensive wine selection. Rubys is a great night out.
