In 2009 André opened the doors to ‘Andre’s Cucina & Polenta Bar’ in Adelaide. His popular Northern Italian eatery has gained significant acclaim.
In 2013 the restaurant received recognition as SA’s best Italian restaurant- (The Advertiser Food Awards 2013) and Hottest 50 restaurants 2013- (The Australian).
In 2013 he launched Andre’s Industries, a wholesale food business. Providing a range of food products for local wine bars, cafes and restaurants.
2013 also saw the commencement of a catering division. Andre’s Cucina & Catering Co. operates catering services in the Cooper Basin for large scale mining companies on remote camps to specialty events, weddings, private corporate catering and functions. 2016 sees two new and exciting projects
Born and raised in Adelaide, Andre’ Ursini was brought up in a household strongly influenced by the Northern Italian cultural heritage. The Master Chef Australia series 1 alumni flourished after being a finalist and wasted no time gaining experience and knowledge to open

Big Little Veg & Co is a commercial scale hydroponics company growing unique Italian lettuce, herbs and leafy greens previously unseen in today’s food markets. The fully sustainable hydroponics systems are renewably designed.
